Among her long list of professional accomplishments, Charlotte has sold more than $350 million in the last 36 months, including the complete sell out of The Surf Club, racking up record breaking sales year after year.

A consistent Top Producer, Charlotte credits her success in part to savvy negotiation skills, client-focused service, the uncanny ability to truly listen to her clients to discover their individual wants and needs and an extensive background in Real Estate Sales and Marketing. Originally from Rome, Italy, Charlotte moved to Miami at an early age and has enjoyed setting down deep roots and creating lasting connections with her clients and community.
